Personal Shopping Service Process
- Place your order for the Disney World Parks and Resorts Personal Shopping Service: On the Checkout page please check the box that says “Add a note to your order”; this is where you will complete your wish list or ideas. Once we receive the order we will reach out to you directly to confirm your order and get more specifics as well as answer any questions.
- Pickup Fees: As your personal shoppers, we do this so others can have the opportunity to purchase items they want but are unable to get. We charge retail price + tax + pickup fee ($10 or 20% whichever is higher) + shipping.
- Payment: The minimum order amount is $50.00 (nonrefundable). When the Personal Shopping Service is purchased on our website the authorization will be processed against your card on file. Once your items on your wish list are confirmed at the parks, a message will be sent to you with an invoice breaking down the total cost of the item(s) including tax, shipping and pickup fee minus the $50.00 initial charge. For example: if the total cost is $150.00, you will be invoiced $100.00. Upon approval by you, please remit payment in full. You must pay the invoice in full before the purchase will be made for you. All sales are final.
- If you cancel your order for any reason the initial $50.00 transaction will not be refunded.
- Your products will be shipped via USPS or UPS
